Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable professional with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support? Joy Center, an outpatient clinic located in Rota, Spain, is looking for a skilled **Administrative Assistant** to join our team and assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our multidisciplinary clinic.

Joy Center is a medical clinic that provides multidisciplinary services to Americans living overseas. We strongly believe in helping parents learn the skills necessary to support their children's development when challenges arise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update digital records and filing systems.
- Provide support to clinical staff and assist with patient intake and documentation.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and other clerical tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior administrative experience preferred, but not required.
