En TENDAM, empresa multinacional del sector têxtil-moda (formada por women´secret, Pedro del Hierro, Cortefiel, Hoss Intropia, Springfield, OOTO, Dash&Stars, High Spirits, Slowlove, Fifty) Queremos incorporar un SAP Basis Architect (con exoeriencia de al menos 4 años en puesto similar) que será responsable de administrar el entorno de SAP en el día a día. Sus responsabilidades incluyen la configuración, el seguimiento, el ajuste y la solución de problemas dentro de SAP, así como la programación y ejecución de las ordenes de transporte; la administración, el mantenimiento, la supervisión, la resolución de problemas y el soporte diarios de SAP relacionados con roles y seguridad de aplicación.

Funciones:

- Gestión del servicio en base a SLAs.
- Gestión de proyectos de AMS de SAP.
- Gestión de proveedores de servicios de tecnología SAP.
- Documentar los cambios en el sistema que se realizan durante el proceso de implementación.
- Creación de nuevos informes basados en los datos del sistema.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos dentro de la organización con respecto a los cambios en el sistema.
- Revisar la precisión de los informes generados por el sistema y asegurarse de que tengan el formato correcto.
- Brindar recomendaciones a la dirección con respecto a nuevas funciones o mejoras a las funciones existentes en el sistema.
- Administrar el acceso de los usuarios al sistema agregando o eliminando usuarios según sea necesario.
- Definir, desarrollar y mantener el marco de autorizaciones y roles de seguridad de SAP, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares internos y externos.
- Contribuir a la definición de la estrategia de segregación de funciones (SoD) de TENDAM.
- Participar como recurso de seguridad de SAP en proyectos relacionados con SAP, incluidas nuevas implementaciones y actualizaciones.

Entre 4 y 7 años de experiência en puesto con proyectos SAP.

- Conocimiento SAP Basis.
- Experiência gestión de proyectos.
- Experiência gestión proveedor de servicios de tecnología.
- Background seguridad (deseable).
- Inglés, competencias técnicas hablado y escrito.
- Orientación a negocio.
- Análisis de datos.
- Pensamiento analítico.
- Resolución de problemas.
