**Engineering Project Manager**
**THE ROLE**
The roll of Engineering Project Manager will report directly to the Engineering Manager and will be responsible for:
- Ensure that all HSE, QA and legal compliance standards are integrated on all project phases.
- Define and Calculate NPV for Project, formalize documentation and request for Capex Approval.
- Manage Capex, Cost control and spending forecast.
- Ensure the utilization of the Project Management methodology along all the project phases.
- Develop and ensure the direction setting, good practices and standard tools of the Engineering projects.
- Propose and lead the implementation of technology improvements on Granollers Plant.
- Manage all activities request by the project scope including working with interdisciplinary teams incl. external suppliers.
- Actively participate on the proposal of productivity projects mainly on direct labor cost.
**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical or Chemistry)
- 2-3 years of Project Management experience
- Lean Methodologies tools knowledge
- Knowledge on process of lines, layout, material flow and automation of packing processes
- Process experience in Packing equipment
- Proactive, team player, result driven, excellent in communication, sense of urgency and accountability
- Advanced computer skills: Office, SAP
- Autocad (basic)
- Fluent English
