Dragons Group is a specialised digital advertising agency, whose mission is to support our clients' advertising needs by providing integrated solutions across all things content.

We aren’t a huge agency where you’ll be just another cog in the machine. We are a medium-sized independent creative agency that is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to hire energetic and highly-motivated people.

We are currently looking for a Motion Grapher & Video Editor to join our great team based in Barcelona and who supports one of our clients, an internationally renowned Pharma brand based in USA.
- You will work for US based clients so this position requires a 14 to 22 working schedule Monday to Thursday and 14 to 20:30 on Fridays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creation of storyboards, animated videos and stills following our client’s briefs
- Drive relevant changes in motion assets and stills
- Ensuring content is created with the channel specifics in mind, good UI and cross-browser compatibility
- Attention to detail, ensuring all brief requirements are fulfilled
- Supporting the Art Director on high complexity briefs
- Understanding all technical specifications supplied by media agencies
- Running a thorough Quality Check of all assets before sending to Content Creator for final QC
- Ensuring assets are on brief, to spec and on-brand
- Reviewing audio and visual footage and using technology to organize clips into a cohesive unit
- Assembling raw footage and transferring or uploading to a computer
- Following a script, screenplay or outline
- Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs
- Inputting graphics to enhance footage
- Digitally splicing film and video and synchronizing them into one rough cut file
- Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage
- Supporting the Content Manager and Producer in the final upload of assets
- Working closely with directors to present a final product that matches the client’s vision.

**Requirements**:

- 3/4+ years of experience working as a Motion Grapher
- Very good knowledge of animation techniques (including typographic animation, illustration & Motion Graphics)
- An outstanding eye for great design and a passion for delivering creative work
- Good knowledge of all the major digital channels and Social Media platforms, including being familiar with their technical specifications
- Good experience as a Video Editor with video, audio and photo editing skills
- Good experience using Photoshop, Premiere pro, Illustrator, After effects and ideally 3D
- Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief
- Ability to follow and optimize working processes
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to oversee multiple processes
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Research and problem solving skills using documentation and online resources
- Experiencing sourcing music, sound effects, stock photos and stock videos from various online libraries
- Previous experience within Pharma sector will be a plus.

**Languages**:

- Fluent English (mandatory)

**Working Shedule**:

- Monday to Thursday: 14 to 22h
- Friday: 14 to 20:30h
