Job Description

**Group HSE Coordinator**:

- Managing the health and safety department, including supervision of staff to ensure the previously set goals are met;
- Implement safety policies and standards, as well as making continuous updates on new regulations;
- Supporting business improvement through effective change management processes;
- Define and monitor health and safety KPIs, supporting the Sustainability manager in reporting activities;
- Constant interaction and feedback with relevant authorities and certifying institutions.
- Degree or specialization in scientific area, ideally related to environmental or health fields;
- Ideally 10 years of experience in HSE field in a production plant;
- Experience in plant management abroad;
- Complete professional competence in English (written and spoken);
- Full availability to travel;
- Knowledge of the main regulations on safety at work and environmental protection;
- Proficient in the main IT tools related to the assigned duties;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Location**:
Barcelona, but is mandatory to be willing to travel 50% of the time
