**ROLE PURPOSE**

The Marketing Specialist position in Spain is a job position focused on the daily basis with affiliates networks and reporting and support to the local Head of Marketing.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communication with affiliates and publishers
- Implement affiliates strategy defined by local Head of Marketing
- Support to local Head of Marketing
- Research of new affiliates and affiliate networks
- Schedule campaigns with affiliates following the Marketing Plan

Knowledge/Abilities:

- Ability to adapt to fast strategic changes
- Ability to work under pressure
- Details-oriented
- Advanced english level

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills
- Proactivity
- Negotiation skills

**EDUCATION**:
Degree in communications, public relations, or marketing.

Specific education in affiliates or online marketing is a plus. (Ex: master in online marketing)

**EXPERIENCE TARGET**:
Experience in online marketing in startups environment will be a plus
