**The opportunity**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support in person to our colleagues based in Valencia and remotely to colleagues based in several other locations: Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin(HQ), Cologne, Lisbon, and Amsterdam
- Taking over the responsibility for onboarding and off-boarding processes, provisioning devices using multiple MDM platforms, ensuring sufficient stock of equipment, and maintaining an up-to-date asset log via our IT Asset Management tool
- Act as the point of reference, providing documentation of new solutions/workarounds
- Participate in IT projects, such as new office setup, hardware refresh, and technology rollouts
- Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades, including system migrations and software deployments
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices
**What you need to succeed**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a degree in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT Support/Administrator role, preferably in a global company or multi-cultural environment
- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience in supporting macOS and Windows devices
- Familiarity with IT Asset & Configuration Management, and experience with Microsoft Intune/Kandji or similar MDM solutions
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting global employees both in-person and remotely
- Ideally familiarity with the ITIL framework and IT service management practices
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required
- Nice-to-have qualifications include fluency in German or Spanish, experience managing IT projects, automation and scripting skills, and knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, and Zapier
