**Responsibilities**
- Assisting with the management of the Corporate Information Unit, including producing reports and conducting research
- Communicating with various stakeholders at all levels of the institution, including directors and coordinators of areas, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Implementing and Coordinating accreditation processes for the unit and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards
- Planning and setting internal deadlines to meet external accreditation deadlines for the projects he will be in charge of.
Collaborating with all departments to ensure that things are met and processes run smoothly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including Faculty and staff, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Managing and maintaining the data systems and databases used in CIU and exploring new ones.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any other related field. MBA will be a plus.
- Experience in team management.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think creatively to solve problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and procedures.
- Ability to interpret legal documents, regulations, and accreditation standards and articulate them clearly and consistently to non-legal stakeholders.
