**Job Summary**
- As Compliance Editor you will report directly to the Manager - Editorial. You will be responsible for all aspects of editing for accuracy and quality all TSG products and service. As Compliance Editor you will be expected to collaborate with the Research Analysts to conduct reviews, assessments, health checks and audits for client projects. _

**Role and Responsibilities**

As Compliance Editor you will be accountable and responsible for all aspects of managing the review of the TSG products and services including the following:

- The review and any associated revision of all due diligence products and service including ensuring consistency of information and quality of writing in line with standards of TSG.
- Ensure all reports address clients’ requirements and are well written.
- Effectively communicate with all members of the TSG Editorial team, as well as all teams led by Research Team Leaders, regarding new and on-going projects and provide training and guidance as needed for analysts.
- Learn the basic methodology of research, report components and characteristics as well as any terminology required for reviewing TSG reports and written materials.
- Diligently carry out tasks assigned by the Lead Editor.
- Assist the Lead Editor in the training of Junior Editors.
- Identify and implement efforts to improve the quality of TSG reports and workflows within the Editorial Team.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new members of the Editorial Team.

**Qualifications, Skills & Education Requirements**
- A university degree in business, international relations, political science, law or legal studies is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant editorial experience as an Associate in either a large law firm or similar compliance or forensic consulting firm.
- Strong written and verbal communicator and the ability to understand key legal and accounting issues around compliance and speak internally on matters and conduct internal training.
- Excellent Research skills across all media; good understanding of risk areas and compliance related items.
- Ability to handle ad hoc research into new areas and bespoke research.
- Knowledge of the following Systems/IT: Office products, internet searches, social media.
- Timeliness: deliver reports on time and consistently.
- Dedication and commitment to continual learning.
- Client focused approach.
- Highest levels of integrity and displays this regularly.
- Familiar with compliance advisory areas including investigations/FCPA, anti-corruption and anti-bribery and third-party due diligence programs/GDPR, competition law and privacy/data protection, International Standards on Compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Pay: From 2,884.62€ per month
