Your key responsibilities:

- Technical processing and Coordinating with the customer to fulfill the incident management process
- Remote Managed Service Support Level 1-3. Providing initial incident response (level 1, 2 & 3), employing corrective actions, escalating issues where needed and generating event reports
- Supporting the field service organization during implementation within the framework of remote project support
- Close coordination with the service coordinators to ensure alerts are properly registered in the ticketing system, responses are timely and remediation statuses are communicated
- Providing operational services for the systems operated by Damovo for its own use
- Creation and maintaining the technical documentation database related to the network and UC systems
- Use of network monitoring solutions

Skills & Personal Characteristics:

- Completed vocational training, e.g., as a communications electronics technician or IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification / professional experience
- Basic knowledge of current network technologies with a focus on UC technologies
- Experience in working with Microsoft and Linux operating systems
- Good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English with basic German skills (A2 level)
- Motivated to gain hands-on experience using novel technologies to manage complex systems
