You support our team as PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Shift Supervisor (three shifts rotation). - Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, reduce costs and provide a safe work environment. - Ability to make timely decisions to maintain production output and be able to quickly analyze situations and provide direction to production staff. - Maintain production and attendance records and keep KPI's on the defined level. - Evaluate and provide timely feedback on employee performance. - Motivate and develop a cohesive production team. - Communicate and enforce company policies for safety, quality, and the environment. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, minimum. - 5+ years of production experience. - Excellent communication skills with very strong interpersonal abilities. - Strong leadership skills. - Lean Manufacturing (or similar process) skills required with proven ability to lead and drive this type of program in a manufacturing environment. - Strong ability to coach employee’s and manage employee conflicts. Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and able to put ideas into tangible form. - Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication and report writing skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Ability to prioritize & manage multiple responsibilities to critical project disciplined collaboration. - Excellence in Execution. - Innovative Development through review and re-design of own area.
