**Your Opportunity with us**:
We are looking for an experienced & talented professional to join Deoleo as **Personal Assistant**to Chief Sales Officer and Chief Marketing Officer** in our Global Headquarter (Rivas-Vaciamadrid).

**Role Mission**:

- Offer comprehensive support to Chief Sales and Chief Marketing Officers interacting with a diverse multinational team across different geographies around the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage executive calendars to accurately assess availability (schedule meetings and appointments).
- Process executive communications and correspondence for key updates and inquiries
- Arrange travel and accommodations for both executives (and marketing and business development staff occasionally when needed)
- Assist with special projects as required (mainly marketing and sales events organization)
- Communicate with all levels of staff to ensure coordination
- Produce presentations when needed.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Office management: update and maintain office policies and procedures, request office supplies

**Skills**:

- Outstanding organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to anticipate potential obstacles/problems and opportunities.
- Demonstrate discretion and able to keep confidentiality.
- A high school degree is required (a PA diploma will be a plus
- High level in MS Office (Specially MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
- Demonstrable experience both working at the office or virtually at home.
