**Position**:
As a Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations and ensuring seamless coordination across key processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Materials Planning (Raw Materials & Packaging):Forecasting and managing inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.Ensuring timely availability of materials to support production needs.
- Material Supply Management:Developing strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and agility.Leading supplier setup and spearheading agility improvement projects.
- Production Planning:Managing service delivery and inventory for selected production lines.Conducting capacity leveling and preparing monthly performance reports.
- Inventory Management:Monitoring raw material stocks to mitigate write-off risks and optimize inventory turnover.
- Subcontractor Planning:Overseeing service delivery and inventory management for products outsourced to external manufacturers.
- Supply Planning & Analytics:Leveraging big data analysis to inform strategic decisions.Driving processes to maintain balanced and healthy stock levels.

**Requirements**:

- Background in Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar supply chain or planning role.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse cultural and functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with a proactive and empathetic approach.
