**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accounting books and timelines of a portfolio of allocated clients;
- Timely and accurate processing / reconciling of all fund transactions;
- Preparation of NAV calculations and investor capital account statements;
- Management Reporting and Statutory Reporting of corporate entities to ensure the team complies with all of its accounting and regulatory obligations and requirements including listing requirements and client reporting;
- Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively;
- Preparation of Financial Statements, assisting the external auditors to ensure the audit function is executed on a timely and efficient basis.

**Skills / experience**:

- Degree from a business school in Accounting and Finance;
- Good knowledge of alternative fund structures / asset classes (i.e. real estate, private equity, private debt);
- Proficient in MS Excel, structural and detail orientated;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Fluent speaking and writing in English, German would be an asset.
