Technical Consultant Assurance WW Delivery

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Inside our CTG organization, the OSS Assurance Technology Practice is a team of consultants in charge of pro-actively defining and delivering advanced services for delivery teams in Assurance domain projects to:

- Optimize project costs and durations
- Support and accelerate the Cloud/SaaS transformation
- Anticipate and solve customer issues

Our team is now looking for a technical consultant, already experienced with some of our Assurance products and willing to grow and work in our new Cloud based technologies.

**In a typical day as Technical Consultant in OSS Assurance Technology Practice, you would**:

- Be responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution based on HPE OSS Assurance products and as identified by the Solution Architect.
- Often be responsible for providing a detailed technical design for the assurance solution to be implemented based on customer requirements and High level design solution
- Coordinate implementation of new installations, designs, or migrations for technology solutions of the HPE OSS Assurance domain.
- Provide advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning and modification of HPE OSS Assurance solutions.
- Provide input to the company strategy moving forward.
- Collect and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining customer needs and requirements.
- Respond to requests for technical information from customers.
- Own and manage knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project). Ensure team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- 5-10+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11+ years in total).

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Ability to define and drive technical services for the HPE OSS Assurance domain products : TeMIP, UCA, UOC, UTTL, INT-A.
- Experience in product deployment, Integration, configuration and troubleshooting including High Availability and Disaster Recovery design, support and validation
- Understanding and experience of Container/Cloud technologies: AWS, Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift
- Understanding of Data Analytics, AI/ML languages & technologies
- Ability to re-use existing experience to develop new solutions to take to market.
- Able to communicate with internal and external senior management confidently and demonstrate the professionalism of the HPE CTG OSS Assurance family.
- Ability to work in a multi
- technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause. In addition to troubleshooting skills and consulting skills, has ability to summarise prognosis and impact at practice lead level. Ability to adapt a consulting style appropriate to the situation and can identify up-sell opportunities.
- Good written and oral communication, fluent in English
- Innovative and intrepid mindset, capable of great autonomy as well as team work
- Ability to work in multi-country, remote teams.
