**Your key responsibilities**:
- Welcoming customers, taking an interest in them, and creating a bond of trust with them.
- Listening, exchanging and sharing a pleasant moment of conviviality.
- Presenting the collection, developing a technical knowledge on the products and highlighting them through a good speech and posture.
- Ensure impeccable service throughout the visit, whether the customer is making a purchase or not.
- Ensure that the image of the brand is maintained.
- Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team.
- Ensuring that stocks are kept up to date so that customers are always satisfied.
- Respecting internal procedures.
- Developing customer loyalty.
- Ensuring quality after-sales service.
- Promote the brand.

- Relevant experience in retail
- Team-leader
- Good listener and great relationship skills
- Sense of service and persuasion
- Product & fashion awareness
- Good presentation skills
