- Serve as the primary point of contact for assessing the feasibility of Integration Use Cases. Guide projects from demand phase to conversion, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with strategic objectives. Champion the integration layer's critical role, enhancing its visibility and perceived value.
- Proactively manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the Integration Project Lifecycle. Identify all relevant stakeholders, conduct regular updates, and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Facilitate and lead the requirements gathering process with stakeholders, emphasizing API reusability. Manage requirements changes and maintain alignment between Business needs and technical solutions throughout the project.
- Analyze integration solutions' alignment with organizational goals and assess their impact on the broader enterprise architecture. Recommend changes to enterprise architecture to support integration goals.
- Articulate comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications for analysis, design and development phases. Document integration solutions leveraging the latest capabilities and adhering to best practices.
- Develop and monitor an Analysis Plan outlining integration project activities, resources, and timelines. Ensure Business analysis efforts are efficient and aligned with project objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive testing strategy, defining detailed test scenarios to ensure robust and reliable integrations. Consider the broader Sika IT landscape and potential impacts on Integration Use Cases.
- Post-implementation, evaluate the integration solution's effectiveness and identify improvement areas. Embody a culture of continuous improvement in integration practices within the Sika MuleSoft Integration Platform (SikaMIP) Center for Enablement (C4E).
- Identify and assess risks associated with integration projects. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
**Qualifications**
- Higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in API development and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability in requirement engineering for integration projects.
- Proven expertise in working with integration platforms like MuleSoft Anypoint.
- Proven experience with deployment models, security, and automation tooling in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) in Software Development projects with external and in-house developers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- IIBA-certified Business Analyst or equivalent certificate.
- Advanced certifications or training in API management and digital integration.
Additionally desired:
- Advanced certifications or training in API management and digital integration.
- Previous experience as API Developer or Product Manager.
- Experience in a multinational company or across diverse business units.
- High adaptability to fast-paced environments.
