**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Marketing Team Leader**to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in leading successful marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Setting OKRs, KPIs, and weekly cadences — keeping the team aligned and accountable.
- **System Building**: Running proof, creator, and live-ops engines to create a repeatable growth machine.
- **Creators & Affiliates**: Sourcing, activating, and optimizing partnerships.
- **Landing Pages**: Creating and improving pages for conversion, ensuring on-brand quality.
- **Design Quality**: Spotting when assets are off-brand or ineffective (Canva-level edits when needed).
- **Fast Loops**: Running “guess → test → measure → decide” cycles, documenting results in ClickUp.‍
- **Data Transparency**: Using GA4, Looker, ActiveCampaign, and ClickUp to keep results simple and visible.

**Skills**:

- You’ve led marketing teams in startups or lean environments.
- You know how to prioritize strategically when resources are limited.
- You believe in data, small loops, and clear milestones — not vague long timelines.
- You’ve built OKRs and KPIs for teams and individuals.
- You’re a generalist who has done the work: landing pages, community engagement, campaigns, affiliates, dashboards.
- You care about brand consistency and can keep assets aligned.
- You want to be a **foundation role** Packsify builds marketing around long-term.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience with mobile apps, Discord communities, or VIP programs.
- Bring a background in lifecycle marketing (onboarding, retention, reactivation).
- Understand high-value players and what motivates whales.
- Are hands-on with ClickUp, GA4, Looker, ActiveCampaign, and Canva.
