**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven **Community Manager** to help us grow and engage our community of independent recruiters. This role is critical to fostering a thriving ecosystem where recruiters feel supported, valued, and connected with opportunities and peers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Community Growth & Engagement**

Develop and execute strategies to grow the community, ensuring high-quality member acquisition.

Engage members through regular interactions, discussions, and virtual events.

Manage and moderate community platforms (e.g., Slack, Discord, LinkedIn groups).

**Content & Communication**

Create and curate engaging content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, tailored to community needs.

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, and training opportunities to upskill community members.

**Relationship Building**

Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their questions, feedback, and needs.

Foster relationships with key recruiters to build advocacy and mentorship within the community.

**Insights & Feedback**

Collect feedback from community members to improve their experience and inform Workfully’s platform and offerings

Track community engagement metrics and report insights to the leadership team.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences

Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus)

A strong understanding of the recruitment industry and the challenges faced by independent recruiters.

Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement.

Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
