**Requirements**:
- Adapt MOVUS policies and implement the Environmental Management Plan
- Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
- Implement and develop Covid-19 Plan and monitor anti-Covid rules if are being applied properly by all.
- Provide support to Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
- Implement training program and site induction for every new arrival employee or visitor on site.
- Continuously reviewing the Risk Assessment and adapt it when changes on work methods or additional hazards are observed.
- Review, develop and improve the organisation’s safety management system, ensuring that HSE risks are identified, assessed and managed with appropriate control measures in order to comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide advice and support to the organisation regarding changes in the HSE legislation, ensuring that they are incorporated into relevant policies, procedures and training.
- Ensure tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.
- Analyze and report near misses, incidents - accidents and carry out investigations
- Perform daily site inspections and audits and drive corresponding corrective actions
- In all areas of work actively model and promote a safety culture and proactive environmental sustainability
- **Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of HSE experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Warehouse HSE Processes
- Local/European HSE relevant Certificates
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of health, safety, environmental management and risk management.
- A comprehensive knowledge of current HSE local legislation, management and standards
- Ability to interpret and provide authoritative advice on health and safety and risk management issues.
- Knowledge of workplace wellbeing initiatives and how they add value to an organization
- Experience in the FMCG industry and with food products is a big advantage.
- Strong communication skills, including with Senior Management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with great attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated and you take responsibility and ownership
