Key Responsibilities**:

Participate in **client engagements**, understanding requirements and translating them into actionable solutions.
Support the delivery of **data management, analytics, or digital projects**, including technical tasks such as data integration, reporting, or analysis.
Prepare and deliver **presentations, documentation, and reports** for clients.
Collaborate closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Engage proactively in **problem-solving**, providing recommendations and supporting implementation.
Communicate clearly with clients, balancing technical detail with business context.
Assist in developing proposals or supporting **RFP responses** as needed.

Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of professional experience in **consulting**, **data management, analytics or digital projects**.
Strong **technical aptitude** with the ability to engage in hands-on tasks when needed.
Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
Comfortable working directly with clients and contributing to discussions at both technical and business levels.
Self-starter mindset, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Fluency in **Spanish**and **English**. Other languages can be a plus.

Desired Skills**:

Knowledge of **ETL, MDM/PIM, BI tools, AI or analytics platforms**.
Experience supporting **client workshops, data assessments, or solution design**.
Ability to adapt to different projects and industries.
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
