We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join the IT family in our restaurant IT Ibiza.

The main responsibilities of this role include:
To be the first point of contact for all guests. Meet, greet and seat all guests in a professional, corteous manner whilst ensuring restaurant seatint plan is followed. Supporting the team In order that they’re able to meet the sales targets set for the restaurant.
- Follow daily open/close checklist
- Menu (par level, update and maintenance)
- Booking system (screening, organising and amending floor plan as well as daily update of guests profile)
- Support your manager for table allocations and floor updates during service
- Follow Lost & Found procedure
- Print table plan before each service and ensure there are enough copies before each service
- To provide floor with important information regarding seated tables in due course
- Provide constructive feedback to the management on a daily basis, to drive service levels and productivity up
- Answer the phone quickly (within 3 rings) and deal with caller or re-direct call to relevant person/department
- Understand customers to be prioritised - VIP’s, unhappy customers, regulars etc
- Ensure the customer’s needs come first
- Ensure the bar transfers are taken care of during the service, when seating the guest following drinks at the bar
- Follow grooming standards highlighted in Reception handbook
- Signing in and out shift times on daily bases
- Undertaking any responsibility assigned by a line manager
- Promote, establish and maintain a regular customer base and communicate all information to staff

**Salary**: 1,800.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month
