**Your responsibilities**:
As a Sales Assistant, you will provide organizational and administrative support to the Sales team throughout the handling of sales opportunities and tenders. Your contribution will help streamline the sales process, increase efficiency, and ensure compliance with formal requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update sales opportunities in Salesforce
- Coordinate and provide organizational support in the preparation of proposal documents
- Track deadlines, tasks, and responses within the sales process
- Review documents to ensure completeness and compliance with formal requirements
- Assist in preparing and collecting qualification evidence, compliance statements, and transparency declarations
- Prepare sales materials and presentations
- Collaborate closely with Bid Management, Sales, and central support functions
- Collaboration Setup: As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with an experienced Bid Manager in a two-person team, jointly driving the preparation of proposals.
- At least 5 years experience in similar roles
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to ensure quality and compliance in documentation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- High level of English.
- Valuable German.
