Our team is fully international and passionate about building the future of health and weight care for our customers. **About the role** We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Owner to join our growing team. As the Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and communicating the product backlog to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers. We're looking for a Senior Product Owner who can manage the backlog of 2-3 Scrum Teams. You will be responsible for delivering results in a consistent, sustainable way, for growing and developing our product, and for contributing to the definition of Able's product team culture and processes. **What you'll do** - Collaborate with up to 2-3 cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product backlog - Be a single point of contact of multiple stakeholders to organize the product backlog with most important and impactful items - Be a hands-on Product Owner and assume the responsibility for the team backlog - Define and communicate product requirements to development team, using market best practices such as User Stories - Ensure the Scrum Teams have a backlog ready to be worked on in the next iterations - Lead product planning and refinement sessions - Foster communication between development team and designers - Ensure the product backlog aligns with company goals **About you** - 3+ years of Product Owner experience - Professional Scrum Product Owner Certification (PSPO I or similar) - Excellent knowledge of SCRUM and experience building processes in a fast paced environment - Able to formulate and implement product feature that solve customer problems - Extremely strong product management fundamentals and best practices - Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Benefits** - Flexible, remote working environment - Employee share options program - In-person company retreats and virtual gatherings - Apple laptop and equipment for your needs - Unlimited PTO - Work with incredibly talented colleagues **Life at Able** By joining Able, you’ll become part of a team that picks each other up, collaborates daily, and works hard, fast, and smart because they’re motivated and passionate about being the best in the industry.
