On this occasion, we offer an indefinite vacancy of Claims & Accounting Analyst in the Claims & Underwriting area. We provide you with the following information:
What is the purpose/mission of the position?

The Claims department is seeking a Claims Analyst Technician for both Life and Non Life products to provide support to various areas which may include:
- Control and analyze main ratios concerning Loss Ratio.- Provide explanation concerning claim ratio evolution.- Analyze claim ratio behavior by type of client, product and guarantee.- Control and analyze of the internal claim´s management.

What are the tasks that you’ll perform?
- Collaborate with Data team to create a unified data base for the development of dashboards.
- Create and provide reports to provide:

- Loss ratio - Claims KPIs
- Claims provision: evolution, monitoring and sufficiency analysis.
- Analyze claim ratio behavior by type of client, product and guarantee.
- Alerts on cost of claims, frequency, closing times.
- Internal claims management: claims processing speed.
- Prepare and collaborate with Accounting and Actuarial in monthly closing procedures.
- Collaborate with Reinsurance and Underwritting team sharing claims ratio studies.
- Active participation in the development of new products or modification in existing ones.
- Assist with the internal and external audit process of claims.
- Analyze dashboard results with the Head of Claims.

The responsibilities will also include active participation with claims department concerning:

- Control of the providers SLAs.
- Monitoring suppliers KPIs: assistance companies, insurance adjusters,
- Monitoring of quality indicators.
- Manage providers’ invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with payment commitments with third parties.
- Monitor and research reason for provider overpayments and underpayments.
- Follow-up on overpayments and underpayments.

What are we looking for?- At least 3 years of experience in similar responsabilites- Advance knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerBI or other data analysis software- Experience in data analysis- Excellent communication with stakeholders- Advance level of English (a test will be carried out)- Knowledge or trainning in Actuarial Science is valuable
