**Company Description**

**Qualifications**
- PhD/Masters in a specific area of AI/ML with scientific soundness and published papers
- Able to understand scientific papers and develop the idea into executable code
- Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, LMs, GenAI, signal processing and data science
- Previous experience with key information extraction, product retrieval and product matching
- EDA analysis and practical hands-on experience with datasets, ML models and evaluations
- Python, Pytorch, Git, pandas, dask, polars, sklearn, huggingface, docker, databricks
- Analytical mindset, problem solving and logical thinking capabilities
- Proactive attitude, constructive, intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions
- A high level of interpersonal and communication skills in English and strong ability to meet deadlines
- Keen to work as part of a diverse team of international colleagues and in a global inclusive culture
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with evidence in a related ML field

Desired Skills
- Experience working with large datasets, production-grade code and operationalization of ML solutions
- Experience in MLOPs (MLFlow, Prefect) and deployment of AI/ML solutions to the cloud (esp. Azure)
- Robotic Process Automation and a practical grasp of databases (SQL, ElasticSearch, Pinecone, Faiss)
- Previous experience in retail, consumer, ecommerce, business, FMCG products (NielsenIQ portfolio)
