**Job Purpose**
The Content Marketing Manager ensures outstanding end-to-end omni-channel go-to-market approaches by creating and managing web content to ensure that it is accessible, relevant, accurate, and up to date.
The role is within the Team Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement. While the core team itself is situated in our global Headquarters in Basel, the bespoke position is in Madrid, Spain The position supports the orchestration of global & local campaigns, portfolio prioritization and campaign brand compatibility.
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Manages and drives all aspects of content marketing and directly supports the “Head Digital Campaigns & Demand Center” in the Marketing Operation Studio Madrid.
- Developing and execute content marketing strategies that align with the organization's marketing goals and objectives.
- Mastering the organization's content management system (CMS), ensuring that it is used to its full extent.
- Developing and maintaining the campaign websites/landing pages, ensuring that it is user-friendly, engaging, and optimized for search engine visibility.
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of content marketing efforts, including website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- Collaborating with other teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure that content is aligned with the overall brand and messaging.
- Support briefing sessions and turn briefings into superior, effective, creative, and measurable digital marketing outputs.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, CMS, website design and development.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis to determine metrics including ROI, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and other KPIs to ensure that campaigns meet or exceed business goals and objectives.
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement with a hands-on growth hacking mentality.
- Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and deliver quantifiable improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition.

- Continuously assess and improve processes along the customer journey and procedures for the entire customer experience.
- Support management to manage respective cost budgets, conduct proper resource planning within a project or work package.
- Support management of vendor and agency relationships where required.
**Requirements needed**
Qualifications: Education, Experience and Personal Attributes
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing or business administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 3+ years professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in the medical device industry or agency environment.
- Additional postgraduate and professional qualifications desirable
- Non-hierarchical team-oriented attitude
- Strong track record within a marketing / or sales organization
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
- Proactive and accountable with distinct interpersonal skills to cultivate a network of effective working relationships in an international matrix environment
- Energetic, commercial, and performance-driven team player with entrepreneurial spirit and strong marketing and commercial execution abilities
- Able to translate data-driven insights and complex digital topics in a tangible way
- A passion for recent technology tools and full understanding of global digital marketing platforms
- Digitally driven mindset to prioritize pragmatic value driving activities with a measurable impact
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

- High level of integrity and commitment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), any other language is an advantage
