**Tu perfil**
Vives en Ibiza o estás dispuesto a mudarte pronto.
- Al menos una educación técnica completa.
- Excelente conocimiento y dominio de la tecnología AV y/o tecnología de seguridad.
- Tienes buenas habilidades de comunicación y piensas junto con el cliente y la empresa.
- Buen dominio del español y preferiblemente también del inglés.
- Capaz de trabajar con y sin planificación.

We are looking for a senior technician for a high-end home automation and security company in Ibiza. This senior technician not only understands what home automation is, but also how important our customers are. You will be working at an unique location and with unique customers. **Your profile**

We are looking for a senior home automation or security technician. You know exactly how all the technology works and can get started independently with an assignment from us or the customer. In this position you are primarily responsible for unburdening the customer. You do this from sunny Ibiza. You already live here or are willing to move here. Be ware, housing on Ibiza is a problem.

You know exactly what needs to be done that day and all that week and you have planned ad-hoc time for yourself for possible escalations from other customers. You are flexible and know that these escalations sometimes happen in the evening or at the weekend.

You are able to stick to a schedule and also to help colleagues with your experience and knowledge. You see this as a challenge and not as a burden. You also like to think along with the company and the customer and always strive for the best result. You dare to provide feedback to others and you are also able to receive feedback.
