**Your tasks will be:
- Collaborate with the creation of systems in all the needs of the company.
- Guarantee the production with the specifications and conditions regarding
time, quality, and volumes.
- Support change readiness assessment and action planning, including communications and capability development.
- Taking an active part in enabling the deployment teams to successfully deliver and embed change across the project in assigned area of responsibility, understanding changes for impacted stakeholders across processes, tools and systems resulting from the initiative.
- Enhance communications to build the right messages and engagement channels for impacted employee groups at the right time.
- Organizing relevant information, content creation, and partnering across the sectors to drive and track adoption.
- Gathering and reporting feedback from project owners and stakeholders to develop and adjust plans.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key program stakeholders.
- Follow up with all team members to have the last level information on status, delays, pull ahead and impacts that may affect the outcomes of the projects.
- Lead and own the change management process by coordinating main stakeholders, updating Gants and measuring timeframes.
- Control the implementation to run smoothly into production.
- Be the key contact with the Engineering team. Study and understand the next changes to become an expert.
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Quality teams to close gaps in the process.
- Work with Production and Logistics teams to identify potential risks before implementation of changes
- Team up with Planning and Supply Chain identifying key dates for implementations and reduction of obsolescence.
- Lead changes to stay within timelines and budget
- Identify key performance indicators that guarantee the evolution of the work done and the impacts on production.
- Deliver actions towards sustainability and environmentally safe.
- Support the entire organization.
- Report weekly to your manager.
- Promote the cleanliness, maintenance and good use of the facilities.
- Coordination and motivation of the human team as well as security surveillance.
**We think of you as a person with**:
- Industrial Engineering degree or similar.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Industrial process experience in the automotive industry or similar is highly appreciated.
- Black belt and Lean education will be very valuable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead & inspire multi-disciplinary teams.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, highly innovative environment (startups or high-tech companies).
- You have high standards for yourself and everyone you work with.
- Constantly looking for ways to innovate, improving your products performance, quality, and cost.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English is a must.
