We are seeking a Junior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing team for a **temporary contract of minimum 8 months.**

What will you do?
- Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing marketing data from different studios and sources to provide insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- work closely with the 12 studios' marketing teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Increase efficiency in the marketing organization by working collaboratively with all the studio marketing teams.
- Collaborate directly & closely with transversal teams within the company
- Maintain excellent relationships with media partners, creative agencies, or internal partners

You also have:

- Strong Project management skills
- Basic UA Knowledge
- Strong sense of responsibility and get things done
- Good analytical and business intelligence skills. You can compile, analyze, and interpret the data
- Passion for results, proactive with problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and highly motivated. Strong team player and can-do mindset
- On Europe time zone
- Passionate about gaming is a plus
- Fluent English is mandatory
