As the Data Analyst you will be part of the Analytics team inside Digital Foundation that is responsible to host all DF IT Services that are essential for Siemens. You will drive the data analytics topic and foster standardisation and automatization within the Value Center Digital Workplace. By doing so, you have the chance to improve even more our services and to re-shape our IT services and bring them to the next level.

Using your expertise, you will be responsible for:

- Deep dive into data to support proactively the service owners in order to guarantee the quality of their services.
- Drive automation as far as possible especially in the area of account and group management
- Developing and implementing a tool strategy and architecture in close alignment with various other IT units - within but also beyond IT Digital Foundation (IT DF) (QiQ)
- Proposes process improvements and implements technical infrastructure.
- Manages function-related transactions with involved internal and external parties.
- Responds to operations-related enquiries, as a senior escalation point of contact.
- understanding value chains in and beyond IT and how and where to start optimizing with different automation steps.
- Modelling user journeys - end-2-end - and understanding implications for change / optimization options.
- Providing and managing according to KPIs to ensure performance and customer satisfaction as well as acting as a personal advisor to respective Executives and Senior Management related to “Portfolio Services” within Siemens IT.
- Establishing an “ad-hoc way” to quickly implementing needed optimization (task force mode).

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Very Good know how in IT Infrastructure Services
- Experience in designing, implementing, providing, and optimising data
- Extensive experience in Service Integration and Management, API, UX/UI
- Passion for technology and execution strengths
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Business English
- Strong Focus on analytics and data management
