We are currently looking for a Data Analytics Manager (M/F/d) to join our Business Intelligence team supporting Marketing domain in our office in Madrid. Our Business Intelligence team collects the most accurate and up-to-date internal and external data. They enable the business to make data-driven decisions by democratizing data. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:
- Be able to shape the way we look at the data and drive insights.
- Create efficient process to prioritize data requests and maximize the output of the team
- Proactively identify strategic opportunities for key accounts and have a direct impact on our revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the central data team to improve data infrastructure & processes.
- Help create a leading Data Program to support Global Savings Group vision and advocate a data-driven culture
We are a match if you have...
- 4+ years of experience, leveraging data to drive business and technical decisions
- 1+ year experience mentoring junior team members.
- You have a good working knowledge of SQL, python is a plus
- Are experienced in delivering easy-to-read impactful dashboards (we use Tableau)
- Have a solid understanding of statistics and statistical methods
- Excellent communication skills and you can translate the business need into a data task
- Have experience navigating web analytics and words like ‘click through rate’ or ‘conversion rate’ are part of your vocabulary.
- Entrepreneurial, data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking
- Excellent English level, any other language is a plus.
