IT Recruiter (advanced English level) - Human Resources (Openbank)

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process. In 2017, we kicked off our relaunch plans and have been continuously expanding and growing ever since, especially when it comes to technology. We work in a start-up format, using agile methodologies to take our customers' experience to the next level. In 2019, we launched in the Netherlands, Germany and Portugal, recently followed by Argentina, with other countries currently in the pipeline.

**Mission and responsibilities**:
You will be part of our Human Resources team reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Your mission will be to ensure the acquisition and onboarding of the best talent with a special focus on IT professionals. The main tasks of this position will be the following:

- Manage the end to end recruitment process:

- Define together with the hiring manager job descriptions and posting in various job boards.
- Phone/video interviews.
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels with Hiring Managers.
- Onboarding of new employees.
- Direct contact with recruitment providers (headhunters, business schools, universities )
- Design and implementation of new recruitment initiatives.

**To be successful in the role you must have**:

- Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration (ADE) or related.
- 2-4 years of experience in a full cycle recruitment role.
- Deep knowledge of IT profiles.
- Demonstrated experience working with job boards and LinkedIn recruiter.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to create the best strategy to hire IT professionals.
- Be a problem solver, find new solutions or opportunities for improvement.
- Be a professional able to work independently and in changing environments (being flexible and getting adapted easily to changes), with high volumes of vacancies at the same time.
- Advanced English level (Spanish is a plus).
