**Job Description**:
We don't think we're exaggerating when we say we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced, Product Analytics Manager. Through elevating our product analytics capability we will enable our customers to make decisions that create a more sustainable world. Working within the Portfolio Strategy team, you will stretch our imagination as to the art of the possible, as we evolve our product analytics capabilities. You will be a product analytics expert, capable of inspiring and guiding our high-calabre product analysts, in partnership with our Product Managers.

**Typical Day to day activities**:

- Maintain an up-to-date product analytics roadmap
- Manage the product analytics backlog - manage the team’s deliverables, prioritized by business value
- Provide reliable, quality data for product adoption, retention and usage to Product Managers and the wider Solutions team to inform decisions
- Ensure product reports, dashboards and insights fulfill stakeholder needs and support the business strategy - embracing a self-serve approach where-ever possible
- Run agile sprint ceremonies with the product analytics teams
- Contribute to the creation of a best-in-class product analytics team

**A bit more about you**
- You will be **Data Driven**: that is, enthusiastic about data You love using product analytics to inform and tell stories - methodology using product analytics to challenge the status-quo. We are not asking you to be an expert on building data models or algorithms (we have teams for that), however you will need to understand what data we have and champion appropriate product specific analytical techniques.
- You will be **Commercially curious**: you will be able to understand our products and our business models and seek to use data to drive adoption and retention across our products
- Your a natural** translator**: able define requirements & engage with technical teams and relate back to non-technical stakeholders - you make the complex simple
- You are an **Influencer**:building strong relationships to influence cross-functional teams at all levels, leveraging the power of product analytics to enable our Product teams to take impactful action
- You are **Hand-On**, expertise in product analytics, such as Pendo, Google analytic or Adobe is a prerequisite.

**Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of professional experience in product analytics, data visualization, data processing, and reporting
- Prior experience in leading a talented team of product analysts for a high-scale B2B saas business
- Fluent in key saas B2B product metrics and how they can be used to inform and support business decisions
- Strong technical expertise and a desire to remain hands-on with product analytic tools (such as Pendo, Google Analytics, Tableau or Adobe Analytics)
- Excellent at stakeholder management & storytelling through data
- An in-depth understanding of different data science methods and when each might be applicable
- English fluent, other languages are a plus
