**Job Title**:
Environmental Health & Safety Trainee - Temporary

**Responsibilities**:
Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Spain has an exciting opportunity to join our cross sector department. The person in the role will give support to Commercial department, Warehouse and Corporative at Johnson & Johnson, performing the following tasks:

- Handle training program (annual training plan, new hires, internal and external trainings )
- Collaborate in the investigation and report of accidents/incidents.
- Participate in internal inspection and audits to ensure compliance with legal and Company standards.
- Take part of the EHS Communication plan
- Be involved in specific Safety Programs (Radiology, Bloodborn Pathogens (BBP), ergonomic, offices, emergencies )
- Run PPE program (identify needs, acquisition of equipment, instructions to use...)
- Help in the Coordination of Business Activities to validate access of contractors.
- Maintain a documentation system to keep Company Standards and mandatory EHS regulations.

**Qualifications**
Minimum Requirements**:

- Superior Technician in Environmental Health & Safety is a must.
- Required experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role in the pharmaceutical sector or related ones.

**Other required aptitudes**:

- Three preventive specialties.
- University degree in a scientific-technical branch.
- Good communications skills.
- High level of accomplishment and responsibility.
- Autonomy and data analysis ability.
- Knowledge of the Environmental Health & Safety legislation.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Digitally savvy, experience using data software.

**Desirable requirements**:

- Experience in multinational companies and working with cross sector.
