What will you be doing?

Serve as a line manager for the Services Team, leading the existing team to success

Take stewardship of the projects assigned for the Services team, manage the delivery of the projects, development, and timelines, manage development plans, propose technical solutions, manage resources

Serve as a technical reference for the team

Serve as a mentor for the team in technical and organizational aspects of the team

Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of the deliverables

Perform periodic planning and alignment meetings with the team and the stakeholders, driving the work plan and schedule

Own the technical implementation roadmap of the products and services in your portfolio

Own the maintenance aspects of the products and services in your portfolio

Be hands on with the development of the products and services in your portfolio and maintain expert know-how about all technical aspects of the projects under your stewardship

What you will bring?

Minimum 12 years of experience directly related to software development

At least 7 years of experience as a technical or team lead or similar, in a web product company

Excellent written and spoken English

Excellent communication and people skills

Solid working experience being part of and leading product-technical teams

You know how to create and maintain development roadmaps

You master resource allocation and timelines

You love to be hands on, driving success in all technical aspects of product delivery

Solid working experience in SCRUM and Agile

Expert knowledge in Web Technologies, at least 7 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in PHP development

Expert knowledge of Symfony web framework, at least 5 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience

Excellent architect abilities, ability to create comprehensive plans for infrastructure needs related to the software you create, with clear understanding how it all works in production

Excellent working knowledge in JavaScript

Excellent working knowledge of SQL, Docker

Excellent working knowledge of CI/CD and delivery patterns

Linux power user knowledge and experience

React knowledge is a plus
