About the Client

My client is the air transport industry's IT provider, delivering solutions for airlines, airports, aircraft and governments. Their technology powers more seamless, safe and sustainable air travel.

About the Role

They are looking to hire an experienced Programme Manager to work on Crisis and/or recovery programmes.

The key responsibilities are
- Overall management of the program from kick off to closure
- Engaging the solution owners and ensuring a concrete plan is established, deliverables, resources and timelines are clearly identified and met
- Ensuring full visibility to all stakeholders
- Reporting internally to the executive team and the customer as may be required

What we are looking for

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
Education: Engineer (aeronautical)

**Experience**:

- Proven program management experience
- Leadership and ability to stir virtual teams
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Understanding the business perspective
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work under stress
- Experience in the aeronautical industry
- Customer service and Service Management experience
