**Role overview**

Collaboratively developing and cultivating sales opportunities, prospecting new accounts and territories, and build credibility with customers and markets within the Aesthetic and Medical Device Industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the realization of sales and profit targets in specified region consistent with the business strategy, with tasks include managing key accounts and customer relationships, establish sales plan and strategies to expand the customer base, developing sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and acting as voice of the customers internally.
- Build strong and reliable relationship with key decision makers from all levels of decision process towards securing long term existing business and advance in new business.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
- Responsible for managing Accounts/Distributors globally/internationally.
- Develop a foundation for long-term business growth by regular personal contact with each one of our distributors in order to develop the needed plans to increase sales in each market.
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Analyze results and profitability in relation to the pre-set objectives and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery of sales targets.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly forecasts to management and plans to develop active and prospective markets.
- Partner and collaborate cross-functionally across the organization
- Reporting to the International Sales Team Leader

**Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or relevant field
- 5+ years of sales experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- B2B sales experience is a must
- Experience working with distributers
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, project management skills, and organizational skills are required.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment
