Service & Parts Support and Warranties Assistent

Main Responsabilities:
Responsable for the management of the parts department:
- Prepare and send offers to the customers both internal and external;
- Invoicing, Expedition and Stock Management.
- Support to the service manager 50% of the time, including:
- Parts identification,
- Budget preparation,
- Warranties management and Product Improvement Programe (PIP),
- Contact with the contact centers;
- Customer and administrative support backup
Required Profile:
- High School or GED Degree in Operations or Technical Background
- Knowledge of mechanic/electronic and Technical drawings is a plus
- Experience between 2-4 years in similar jobs
- Software skills (Office and SAP)
- Good written and spoken language skills, mainly english, German is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- High sense of commitment and responsibility
