You collaborate with developers, SREs, and product owners to **define quality gates** and improve test coverage. You build and run **performance and load tests** to validate system scalability under real-world conditions. You monitor and analyze **latency and reliability metrics**, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact users. You contribute to the **test strategy and architecture**, helping define how quality is built into every stage of development. You **review code**, provide feedback, and guide the team in adopting best testing and automation practices. You grow your career by exploring the latest in **automation, observability, and cloud technologies**. **Are you the new Senior Automation Engineer at Lansweeper?** I am someone who - takes ownership of test automation across different teams and services. - is an expert with API automated testing. - can create and maintain performance and load testing pipelines. - has experience and knowledge as SRE, monitoring latency, throughput and reliability metrics. - can improve system resilience and push for best practices in CI/CD automation. I have a - computer engineering degree or higher and/or +4 years of relevant experience as a Software Test Engineer and Automation Engineer. - proven track record of API and Performance testing and automation. - strong grasp of the English language. - profound knowledge of testing tools like k6, Jmeter or Gatling, React, Python. - experience working in Cloud environments (AWS) with distributed testing and a microservice architecture.
