**Das beinhaltet dein Job**:

- Vertretung des Küchenchefs in dessen Abwesenheit, Mitverantwortung für die gesamten Organisation und Planung eines reibungslosen Küchenablaufes.
- Führung der gesamten Küchenmannschaft in Kooperation mit dem Küchenchef.
- Unterstützung der Kollegen auf allen Posten der Produktion und Kontrolle der Einhaltung der firmeninternen Vorgaben und Standards.
- Einhaltung der HACCP Hygienerichtlinien.
- Anleitung der Mitarbeiter für eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung im Team.

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Kochausbildung, mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung.
- Freude an Deinem Beruf und den Produkten.
- Lust Deine Ideen und Dein Wissen mit einzubringen.
- Angemessene Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
