**Our Data team**
- Our Strategic Lead, which help us prioritizing our projects through her business knowledge and the company direction
- The Data Tech Lead, who is on charge of scaling the team, setting work dynamics to improve the data team deliveries, along with taking care of the team members career development.
- One Data Engineer, who help us integrating any new source into our Data Lake and structure our Data Warehouse.
- One Senior Data Analyst, focusing on front analytics and empowering marketing and product teams with data, building the whole structure that allow us to track and understand user behaviour

**The role - your passion**
- As a Data Analyst, you’d be focused on Company and Operation Analytics, having a deep understanding of data specific business needs and using your excellent collaboration skills, enabling your team to deliver the best data driven solutions.
- You’re driving the design of solution options, consulting with stakeholders, providing data driven answers and guiding them to achieve the best possible strategy through actionable findings.
- You will prepare and analyze datasets in order to generate insights for several business functions and products, and support other team members through team dynamics such as peer reviewing.
- You will be supporting the empowerment of our roadsurfers with data, helping to create a data driven culture inside the company, through trainings an other dynamics, in order to turn our stakeholders more self-sufficient in getting the answer to their business questions by themselves

**What you need to surf the wave with us**
- You successfully finished your bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, physics, informatics, computer science or other STEM related areas
- You also have +3 years of relevant experience as a data analyst, closer to business and operational analytics.
- You should have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within an organization
- You also have expertise on making decisions through data and leading stakeholders to help them achieve the best strategy
- You have advanced proficiency with SQL code and visualization tools (PowerBI and Metabase is a bonus)
- You are business fluent in English
