**FX Product and Regulation senior Manager**

In your role, you will collaborate with sales FX team and business banking relationship managers as a key contributor to the review of regulatory regimes (ESMA, MIFID2) and market changes inter
- facing with Legal, Compliance, Operations and Risk representatives.

The role provides exposure to all facets of the global FX business impacted by regulatory issues, trading and pre/post trade activities.
- Responsibilities:
Acts as liaison between FX business and infrastructure groups across the entity such as legal, compliance, Risk, control, finance and Operations

Leading FX projects and work closely with Technology colleagues and external providers to ensure regulatory solutions and efficient FX operational processes.

Exercise oversight into 1LoD FX reporting to ensure the FX sales team meets all compliance requirements and internal procedures

Coordinate all regulatory audits and reviews

Monitoring MI and other governance information

Building out detailed Business requirements documents, completing risk assessments and meeting all New Product development milestones
- What we are looking for

Experience in FX market and products (fx spot, fx forward, options and structured products).

Understanding of market risk, product control processes

Familiarity with the interpretation of regulations

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Good data analysis skills (desirable proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableau)

Provides technical advice and proposes solutions to regulatory issues

Good communication skills written and verbal

Has a client-focused perspective, values teamwork

English: fluent
