Tasks

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

- Supporting customers with different internal requests via phone and E-Mail
- Being responsible for the positive reputation of a major brand
- Acting in the interest of the customer and the company to resolve complaints mutually with a compromise

**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

- You are a native German Speaker with an English level of B1 or better
- You have a degree in the commercial field (clerk, assistant, etc.) - which can be either an apprenticeship or a university degree
- You feel comfortable advising customers on sensitive data
- Having a valid work permit for Spain (required)
- You are open-minded and looking for a job abroad
