Financial Systems Manager
An established international company in Spain is implementing Oracle NetSuite as its core financial system. They are looking for an experienced NetSuite professional with a strong finance background to take ownership of the NetSuite ERP solution and drive continuous improvements.
**Your Role**:
As a Financial Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation, enhancement, and long-term management of NetSuite. You will act as the bridge between Finance and IT, gathering business requirements, configuring NetSuite, and optimizing financial processes to ensure a seamless system experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee the support and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP and financial systems.
Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into NetSuite system design and configuration.
Implement new modules and features, optimizing workflows and automation.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective system adoption.
**Your Profile**:
Finance Systems Manager, ERP Lead, or NetSuite Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of business processes.
Experience with key NetSuite modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Reporting (R2R), P2P, O2C, and Projects.
Hands-on expertise in NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, and reporting.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
