**IT Onsite Technician**:
Provide Level 2 Deskside support at one of our clients location.

**Your skills**:

- 1 year minimum experience in same role
- Good skills in communication, good presence and good manners treating users
- Excellent time management skill
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Knowledge of mobile devices - Android and iOS
- Solid knowledge of English (B2 minimum)

**Your tasks**:
As a Hemmersbach Technician you make the end users at renowned companies happy every day thanks to your friendly and competent demeanour. Direct customer contact with various requirements within the scope of 2nd quite neatly describe the position you would like to have:

- Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
- Handle inbound calls and answer questions
- Analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove work stations, install and configure new software (IMACD) and manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Support meeting rooms
- Inventory control
