( not only innovative projects) Size, area, budget, number of stakeholders - What is your opinion regarding the cultural impact of this kind of projects? Are you ready for new challenges? - How familiar are for you Highway IT and OT systems? How deep is your knowledge? - How do approach identifying and evaluating potential new ideas and technologies? WHY OPEN: This is a new position that came about due to growth. WHEN THEY NEED IT: Two weeks. IMPACT OF NOT FILLING: There will be a ton of backlog. Performance Expectations 1ST DAY: Have project management experience with an IT background. Disqualifiers: No experience in Civil Engineering or IT project management. Entry level graduates PERFORMANCE METRICS: They will be evaluated on a 6-month basis. BEST V. AVERAGE: Someone with experience in transportation and IT.
