Seleccionamos un/a **Senior Merchandiser**, tendrá como objetivo maximizar la rentabilidad de los surtidos, en colaboración con Compras, optimizar las ventas, las rebajas y los níveles de stock, a través de la planificación y gestión del departamento, para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente.
Funciones y responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar la venta, rebajas, margen neto, stock, y plan de entradas de la campaña, en alineación con la estrategia acordada.
- Desarrollar los planes de tiendas / clusters centrados en las ventas divididas por productos en diferentes ubicaciones.
- Establecer los parámetros para la planificación del surtido en estrecha colaboración con el comprador (rango / plan de opciones, estructura del surtido por atributo).
- Monitorizar y prever los resultados semanales, mensuales y de campaña, destacando riesgos y oportunidades y proponiendo acciones correctivas.
- Gestionar las fases del stock y hacer seguimiento de su planificación para diferentes clusters de tiendas y categorías de producto.
- Gestionar el OTB de las previsiones, trabajando para fijar planes del sobrante.
- Gestionar el presupuesto de rebajas, usando los descuentos para promover o liquidar existencias, impulsar la venta y mejorar el margen neto.
- Grado universitario en áreas como ADE, Ingeniería, Economía, Finanzas o Marketing.
- Experiência en puestos similares de al menos 2 años.
- Deseable conocimientos de SAP y Microstrategy.
- Paquete Office nível avanzado, especialmente Excel.
- Nível alto de inglés.
