In this role, you will support capital projects, specifically focused on ensuring Maintenance and Reliability capabilities are built into each project from day one. It is critical for the role to interface with a wide range of internal customers, project teams and external contractors. **Main responsibilities**: - Ensure standardized assets (considering Bunge standards) using manufacturer designs that are proven across Bunge, and where needed, deploy new designs or re-engineer existing ones to solve reliability gaps. - Check for existing equipment installed in the plant, to use same manufacturer/equipment (where applicable) to minimize required spares parts. - Guarantee excellent ease-of-access for operations and maintenance interventions, equipment maintainability, and general safety conditions. - In the layout, consider possibility of future expansion. - Redundant equipment to be considered where required according to the process criticality. - Ensure all equipment considers applicable RCA learnings to avoid known failures. - Manages compliance to Mechanical Integrity requirements required by Process Safety Management (PSM). - Predisposition to participate in periodical projects review calls. - Work very close with the Project Department to be aligned in projects follow up. - Ensure that recommended spare parts are provided during the project phase. - Propose any extra skilled staffing levels in place to support new assets, if required. - If any training needed, ensure the operators and maintenance staff received that training. - Regional travel estimated < 50% with intermittent peaks above this, as needed. - Required to do all necessary plant visits to analyze and ensure project decisions, projects follow up or projects execution. - Knowledge and Technical Competencies:_ - Excellent skills in areas of communication, teamwork and remote working - Excellent time management against tight deadlines. - Excellent troubleshooting of technical and organizational issues - Proven ability to influence efforts to deliver results - Ability to mine data from dissimilar sources and perform ad-hoc analyses - Proven capability to evaluate Reliability data, draw conclusions and effectively communicate key points throughout the organization at all levels. - Education / Experience:_ - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar, required - Min.5 yrs. experience in Maintenance and Reliability and project management. - High level of English (spoken and written) - Experienced leading direct and indirect reports in large and small teams - Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management modules At Bunge, people don’t just come here to work, they come here to grow - solving challenges that directly impact the world with a diverse team of thinkers and doers.#LI-AA3 **We Are Bunge** Bunge is a global agribusiness with one mission - we connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
