Join our team of security superheroes based in Madrid As a Senior Offensive Cybersecurity Expert, you'll be part of an international, dynamic and highly skilled team where teamwork, fun, and learning are just as important as the work itself. **What You Will Do**:
- penetrate, explore, and conquer - conduct penetration testing and red team assessments to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in internal systems with surgical precision
- bug bounty hero - support the bug bounty program and collaborate with the team to neutralize any threats before they become a problem
- master of automation - develop custom tools and scripts in Python to streamline and speed up security testing processes, freeing up more time for the fun stuff
- lead the charge - participate in technical discussions, provide thought leadership on security best practices, and mentor your peers
**What You Bring**:
- a team player - above all, you have excellent communication and collaboration skills. You thrive in a team environment and enjoy having fun while you work
- an arsenal of offensive cybersecurity skills - you have extensive experience conducting penetration tests and red team assessments, and you always hit your targets
- Python proficiency - you have a strong programming background, and python is your language of choice for automation
- a never-ending thirst for knowledge - you stay current with the latest security trends and are always eager to take on new challenges
- good command of written and spoken English - you feel comfortable working in an international environment and interacting with colleagues from other locations abroad
